Refund & Cancellation Policy Followed By Xinonic Digital

Refund Policy

“Xinonic Digital” allows you to have your money back within 30 days of order placement and reserves the right to terminate this at any time, with or without notice depending upon the scenario. This offer strictly implies that the refund is asked upon viewing the initial samples only. Requesting revisions on the initial design work shall be regarded as a continuation of the project and will make this guarantee annulled. We rely on the customer’s prompt feedback during the design process to complete the task effectively and therefore expect proper feedback in order to achieve the desired results.

I. We won’t entertain or refund any orders if the client stays non-responsive for 15 days; however, the client can send us an email to hold the project if there is a personal issue.

II. In case the client wants to forfeit the website portion of the package after 30 days, a refund will not be applicable; however, the project can be placed on hold and resumed later.

III. The customer shall forfeit the right to a refund if additional revisions or modifications are requested on the initial concepts or if the customer fails to respond in a timely manner to a status notification from Xinonic Digital.

V. In case one part of the order has been finalized, the customer will not be eligible for a refund for the remaining portion of the package.

VI. 24-hour design fees and 24-hour rush changes are non-refundable.

VII. Refund requests will not be entertained if the client changes their mind.

VIII. No refund is available for design firms or for those who order services on behalf of another entity. If an order cancellation request is submitted prior to the delivery of initial concepts, the customer may be eligible for a refund. In case of a duplicate charge, the full amount will be returned. If design requirements committed at the time of sale are not fulfilled or designs are not delivered according to the delivery policy, a refund may be claimed with valid proof. For bundle packages (e.g., Logo, Stationery, Website, Social Media, Brochure), refunds will apply only to services not yet initiated.

Xinonic Digital refund policy will be void if:

  • You have chosen a special package.
  • The primary design concept has been approved.
  • You have demanded revisions.
  • The cancellation has been made due to reasons non-related to the company.
  • The company has not been contacted for more than 2 weeks of the project.
  • Company policies have been violated.
  • Another company or designer has been approached for the same project.
  • The creative brief lacks required information.
  • A complete design change has been demanded.
  • The claim has crossed the given refund request time span.
  • The business is closing or changing its name.
  • Promotional offers are non-refundable once purchased.
  • Reasons such as “change of mind” or “disagreement with partner” are not eligible for refund.
  • If a client subscribes to a bundle package, refunds apply only to the specific unused service and not the entire bundle.
  • The client will not be entitled to any refund after 7 days from the date of purchase.
  • Services including Social Media, SEO, Domain Registration are not entitled to refunds.
  • All hosting, infrastructure, and server-related services are non-refundable once activated.
  • In case of websites, refunds will not be entertained once the design has been approved and development has started.
  • All payments are non-refundable. In the event of a client’s death, unused services may be transferred to a family member but cannot be exchanged for cash.

All communication between the Xinonic Digital team and the customer must be conducted through the registered email address provided by the customer.

  • For order delivery, the company will contact the customer through the registered email address at least three times.
  • If no response is received after three emails and seven consecutive working days have passed since delivery, the project will be deemed accepted by the customer and no refunds will apply.
  • If the customer remains non-responsive on the registered email for 10 consecutive days, the money-back guarantee becomes void.
  • Xinonic Digital reserves the right to review and uphold refund requests at its sole discretion.

Note: Xinonic Digital holds the right to reject any project or cancel the contract whenever deemed necessary. After a refund is issued, the client will have no rights to use the designs for any purpose. All designs will remain the sole property of Xinonic Digital.
