Dispute/Chargeback Policies
Fraudulent
Our company does not charge any credit or debit card without customer authorization. Customers always make payments through the official payment link generated by our merchant system. Xinonic Digital does not support or engage in any fraudulent activities.
Product Not Received
Customers claiming that a product was not received during the time frame while the project is still ongoing with the company must understand that delivery timelines may change if the customer modifies project requirements. If delays occur due to requirement changes or any delay from the customer's side for any reason, Xinonic Digital will not be responsible for delivering the project within the initially agreed timeframe. As clearly stated in our Terms & Conditions, a “Change of Requirement” may affect both the time and cost of the project.
If the customer does not wish to continue with the project, they must submit a cancellation request with a valid reason. The request will be reviewed by our QA team and a partial refund may be offered if the customer is eligible according to our Terms & Conditions.
Clients must submit any billing concerns directly to Xinonic Digital before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks filed without a formal dispute attempt may void refund eligibility.
Product / Service Unacceptable
If a customer claims that the product is unacceptable, we do not process anything without customer approval. Once the design is approved, the customer cannot claim the product as unacceptable or damaged. We provide unlimited revisions for design and development until the customer’s concerns are resolved. If necessary, we can recreate the design from scratch to maintain customer satisfaction.
We have a dedicated team working on every project; therefore, customers cannot claim a full reimbursement by stating that the product is unacceptable. Additionally, Xinonic Digital does not provide any physical products; all services are delivered digitally. However, we are always open to reworking the project if the customer is not satisfied within the allowed time frame.
Credit Not Processed
Customers can only claim that a credit has not been processed if the refund was officially committed by the company's billing or customer care department in written form and has not been processed within the promised time frame.
General / Other
In case of any general dispute, Xinonic Digital does not entertain claims based on a change of mind from the customer. The company invests resources, time, and effort to provide services once the project begins.
We value the reputation of our company and always try to resolve issues professionally. In case of any dispute between the company and the customer, we aim to provide fair refund resolutions when applicable.
